Need maintenance for sure and cleaning

The building is not prepared to be a hotel. The room is very cold. No heater only cooler. Beside, the building material is not duitable to provide warm.

The bathroom smelled like sewage, the garbage cans weren’t cleaned up. The bed was great and very comfortable
