Het personeel was vriendelijk, we kregen de keuze tussen een aantal kamers dus dat was fijn. Het ontbijt was vrij beperkt, oploskoffie en niet erg veel keuze. De grootste domper was dat het zwembad al lang niet in gebruik was en hier hadden we het hotel juist op uit gezocht. Dus let op als je een hotel met zwembad wil niet deze boeken!

Once at the location, it was very nice, clean & pleasant. Very hard to find, as Google Maps or MAPS.ME will not take you to thr address. Hard to find reception as not in front building & no signs. Breakfast was good & beds were nice 8 clean.

Hotel Balcony is in nice hotel that is located in a really beautiful neighborhood, in the center of Kutaisi. It is near all the best attractions! The owner, Nona is very kind and accommodating! It is such a great value for the amazing stay you get! Free breakfast, great balcony views, comfortable beds, fancy building! Very happy overall and I have high standards!
