Room was excellent, clean. All staff were helpful, kind in every way. Staff was present quickly with service for moving luggage or meals. Great stay. Thank you to everyone

The room was clean and the setting was beautiful.

It is a very beautiful and quiet place. The rooms are huge and very clean. Beautiful terrace. But the best of all, the staff, expecially the one of the restaurant. I went for Simien for three days and my mother, which doesn't speak English, stayed at the hotel. All the staff took care of her like family! Also the manager, Miracle, was awesome!! Thank you so much!

The view of Gondar from my room was amazing and my room had a wonderful patio as well. The location on the hill was amazing. The staff were friendly and helpful although not the most efficient. The amenities were good except they don’t supply conditioners.

It’s like a no frills motel according to the American standard. Good enough for $30 a day. Friendly staff.
