I spent three nights in Grand Shield and I found the staff to be welcoming and ready to serve. The facility is clean and in good shape. When there were issues I had, the staff were ready and willing ot address those issues.

WiFi is only available in the lobby, not in the rooms. The dining room staff are not fully cognizant .
