Convenient 30 min from airport; 60 min from Cebu. Good for 1-2 night stay. Clean, spacious, WiFi, mini fridge, kitchenette. Great grab/uber eats available. Drawbacks no hot water in shower, neglected pool maintenance, no beach access. But great for 1-2 night of transiting. Local manager helpful

ホテルではなくレジデンスで、タオルの交換などはありませんが、最初の日にたくさん用意してくれました。もう1枚ほしいと言うと出してくれました。キッチンのある部屋はバルコニーで洗濯物を干せました。フロントからタクシーを呼んでもらい玄関までつけてもらって乗ると最寄りの大型モールまでは１５００ペソでした。何軒かのホテルが入った地域専用の道路を使っていて、たぶん北側の道からしか入れません。ちょっと買い物に行く位で出かけるなら、守衛さんのいるところまで歩いてから探すか、海外esim ではなく現地でsimを買って現地の電話番号を使いグラブでタクシーを呼ぶと良さそうです。トライシクルは守衛さんのところまでしか来れませんでした。深夜に帰国したので最後の日にまたタクシーを呼びました。深夜でも同じ値段でしたが、チップをあげました。

Thomas our host was very accommodating with early check in, gave excellent information for things near property. Although a bit remote from New Town, transportation to area was very easy. Pool was amazing, our suite was well furnished and comfortable. Highly recommend.

This is really a great place to stay, overlooking the ocean, sunrise in the morning and very relaxing. On top of that, the unit is very clean and updated, all our needs and expectations are met. The owner of the unit, Tomas is very nice and accommodating. I will recommend this place to anyone especially to my friends. Thank you Tomas, the owner and Fernando the Driver.
