Staying at this hotel really is memorable! The views are breath taking. And breakfast outside with the alpacas! What a bonus!! WOW! We have nothing but good words about this place who wins to be discovered!

The hotel is very unique in its design and has beautiful views. Food service is very slow but food is excellent. Staff is nice but it's hard to communicate in English. The most disappointing feature was the hot tub. Jet pressure is very low, you hardly feel it. The tub is also very deep so you can't see the beautiful views, only when you stand up. Bummer.

Un séjour inoubliable dans un lieu magique ! Le dôme offre une vue spectaculaire sur toute la vallée — un vrai cocon au cœur de la nature. Le bar était génial, et un immense merci à Braulio pour son accueil chaleureux et ses délicieux cocktails. Nous avons très très bien mangé tout au long du séjour : un grand bravo au chef du dîner ainsi qu’à celui du petit déjeuner, tout était parfait. Le jacuzzi face à la vallée, entouré d’alpagas, était une expérience unique ! Merci aussi à la personne qui s’est occupée de nous pour le jacuzzi et pour le soin apporté à nos bagages. Un établissement incroyable, à vivre au moins une fois dans sa vie. Merci à toute l’équipe !
