Muy buena ubicación dentro del viejo San Juan

Great place to stay if you like bar hopping and its in the heart of old san juan easy acccess to tourist places . my only con is the stairs and how unmaintained the walls are granting its an old building. also too much noise outside the rooms from other people coming from the bars 10pm to 3 pm expect loud noises.

Great, fast responses. No water in San Juan the time we got there- we chose to stay anyway. Host had gallons of water in the room and came in the next day to help. Close to everything.

Location is superb if you are looking for a place where the heart of the action is in Old San Juan. It's right by the best bars, cafes, and restaurants in the area. With that said, it could get loud at night, but I did not have any troubles getting a good night's sleep as my room was farthest away from the stteet. Everything was clean, microwave right outside the rooms, and fridge in the room worked well.

Stayed for a week and I enjoyed it very much! Best part is being right in the center of old San Juan and able to see/ experience the day and night life. Really makes you feel at home, the staff were very helpful and responsive. I highly recommend the stay!

The room was clean and small (we knew that going into it). The staff was responsive and communicative. The WiFi was okay- worked most of the time. The AC was amazing. We were on the third floor which was quite a hike but we knew that going into it. They provided beach towels and luggage storage after our stay which was super helpful!

Location was great, a lot of places to eat, if you like night activities perfect location, everything was great, but need better beads, great prices.

Location was excellent, price of stay was a great value. Being in the heart of old San Juan was exactly the experience I was looking for. The room did its job as we hardly were there. Balcony was perfect to ppl watch and enjoy the vibe. Staff super friendly and helpful Water pressure not a problem for showering and toilet which was a fear from prior reviews

The room was clean . Small , I chose the second floor as I didn’t Want to drag my bag further up stairs . The first set was bad enough . It’s good for one night only . I stayed 3 . Because it’s an old building renovated , the room had no window so a bit claustrophobic . Ok for one person only. No where to hang anything - a hook on the wall would be good . No towel rail so it was always damp . Put my own garbage out … not sure about that one . The owner was great at helping me decide which floor I wanted tho . The noise from the bar across the road starts at 2200 & ends at 0400 - it’s perfect if you want to drink all night and roll into bed … otherwise the bar noise is unremitting

It was a simple place which is fine for the night we stayed. It is loud at night because all the clubs are right there but that was stated so it was no big deal. Great location.

Great location.

This was the worst hotel we have ever encountered through Expedia. Unsafe stairs both to get to the room and within the room. We never saw a staff person anywhere. I'd call it a dump.
