The hotel is very good and the staff are very nice and friendly, clean , quiet and very comfortable

Poor check in. Delayed by 45 minutes due to the front desk not being able to find my reservation. Chose the hotel due to location and convenience for our evening plans. Due to the delay lost all the advantage and missed dinner reservations.

I had a wonderful stay at The OQ in Lusail. The hotel is brand new, and it truly reflects that with its elegant decoration and high-quality furniture. Everything was spotlessly clean, and the hotel had a pleasant, refreshing scent throughout. The staff were friendly and cooperative, making the stay even more enjoyable. However, there were a couple of minor inconveniences. The coffee machine in the room was not functioning, and even after the hotel replaced it, it still didn’t work properly. Additionally, the shower drainage was slow, which made it slightly uncomfortable. Despite these small issues, my overall experience was excellent, and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay in Lusail. Rating: 4.5/5
