Comfortable and clean. Great atmosphere!

I loved everything! It was a unique stay

Very nice hotel. Clean and modern. Only complaint would be that there’s very little soundproofing between the room and the hallways. Could hear every single door opening and every conversation people were having in the hallway. We were on the second floor. Overall, though we are very pleased with our stay here.

Parking is an issue. Not enough designated parking. should be more clear on the website about parking options. I struggled with the heavy perfumes being infused into the rooms and main floor check in/restaurant. The design of the hotel and rooms is beautiful and chic but not so functional. Lighting system in the room is strange and complicated to figure out. No minibar or safe. The bathroom vanity is small with minimal counter space. The hotel is spotless and staff are friendly and engaging. Gym had all the basics. Would work for most anyone. Decent hours for access.

There is no mini-fridge or coffee maker. One chair. Noisy all the time. Doors close so quick and hard they could take a child's finger off. No soundproofing at all in walls and ceiling. No sleep. Terrible experience and always just we're sorry. Worst most costly hotel I have ever staying at and I even had to pay for parking in the hotel spots. No hotel information of services or instructions on use of the TV controller or monitor. Sleeping in my car would have been better.

The room was nice. Breakfast was not included and was too expensive for what I saw, in my opinion, so I didnt opt for it. The gym was sizeable. Had everything we needed. The staff was very nice though a little disorganized at times. There was a very nice looking restaurant upstairs. I didn't eat there because it was a little pricey for me, but the menu looked nice and the customers looked pleased. It seemed like they have some sort of special brunch there on the weekends and I saw tons of people head up for that, so it must have been good. Parking was also not included. You had the choice to pay for parking to get close or you had to walk from one of the parking lots a few blocks away. That part was a bit annoying in terms of bringing luggage in and out by oneself. I would visit again.

Wonderful Boutique hotel, in the heart of Main St Newmarket. Great dining on the rooftop and patio, also around the hotel. Fairy Lake nearby is a beautiful leisurely hiking trail. Definitely would recommend away for a nice get-away in the GTA without going to the City or too far!

Positive: Very clean, excellent beds and bedding, service is fantastic.

The air conditioning did not work in the room.

There is very minimal parking on site and unloading your luggage on the street isn't too bad, but they only have 1 luggage trolley. If the hotel parking lot, which is provided at an additional cost, is full, you have to park across the street, and down an alley to a public parking lot. This lot is free, but you then have a 150 - 200 yard walk back to the hotel that includes walking up about 5 or 6 flights of stairs. The room was clean however, there is no regular cable TV that provides sports channels. There was no fridge in our room unless we wanted to upgrade at an additional cost. There are a few nice restaurants nearby which was good. I would not recommend this hotel and would never stay there again.
