Stayed in single room for one night. Was clean and warm. Main front door was unsecure which made me feel a bit vulnerable in a new city. Bed comfy. No curtains in room which made me feel exposed when getting dressed. Great location

I could not cancel the room even though I tried every way possible TWO MONTHS in Advance !

Excellent room. Everything I needed. Excellent condition with housekeeping daily. Location perfect and easy access. Was marketed as free airport transfers which were not included. I chose the room based on this but was glad overall and would stay again.

Everything was ok, also the hotel, the room and the location. The only problem for me was is very dificulte to get your room because you have to call with someone to get the number of your room

The curtains were too thin for the season, woke up earlier than i wanted as the llight flooded the room, no blinds on windows. The rooms were so cold as it was raining and colder than usual yet no extra bedding or heating options available, was miserably cold. Staff didn't stay at the reception making it difficult as calling attracted international charges. The placebis well kept and located at the city center making it convenient. Perfect for short stays
