The ad stated private bath but was shared, it didn’t state 3 flights of stairs to the room either. Isn’t good for mobility issues. Was very dated and springs felt in bed.

Good budget option and close to both South Vancouver sights and access to transport to airport and downtown. Kitchen OK, interiors OK, outside a bit run down. But overall if you want a cheap options within earshot of the main attractions this is a good choice.

Der Betreiber hat unsere Buchung vergessen und statt 2 Queensize-Betten mit Bad bekamen wir in single-Queensize Bett mit "shared bath". Wir warn nicht in der Position das abzulehnen und haben 50$ als Ausgleich bekommen. Das Haus ist zwar prinzipiell schön aber runtergekommen. da kann ein Student mal zwei Nächte bleiben, aber für Erwachsene und auch noch 200€ die Nacht ist das untragbar. Finger weg!

Manager removed our props from the room she put us in and did not notify us that it had been done, and upon returning we proceeded back to said room unlocked the door to find an elderly couple in the bed. This couple told us the manager had removed our belongings and brought them to the front office, which we found our things just haphazardly placed on a chair in a corner. As it was late, we went to the new room. The next day on further investigation of our belongings, we discovered a few of our items missing, including a set of AirPods, we went to discuss this with the manager who

We booked here through Expedia. We tried to get an early check-in but were told on arrival (1:15 pm) that this would not be possible. We understood…but then when we returned around 5:30 pm to check in, we were told that our Expedia reference had been forgotten and that there was no room for us. We were on a tight timeline to head to an event and we were not amused! Plus trying to find anywhere that is not $$$$$$ really made us scramble for accommodation.

I booked 385 and stayed in 387 when I got there. The owner is lovely and helpful. The property and the room is worn and could use updates, but I wasn't expecting phenomenal for the price I was paying. I never saw any bugs or dirt, unlike other reviews. Security is not great - the lock is flimsy, and the outside door to the property is always left open. But it is in a very nice, quiet treelined neighborhood, with cafes, takeouts and basic shopping an easily walkable distance. BC place is a 25-minute walk, 15 minute bus ride if you time it right.

Let the buyer beware. Their no refund policy means that if you show up and find it unacceptable , it really doesn’t matter , your money is gone. I could have slept in my Car. Not good.

Visiting Vancouver is very expensive, so if one is to pay less for accommodations then one must expect many exceptions. Great location in an older well treed part of town. Most of the structures in this area are in need of total interior rebuilds, and this property is no different, but that is just my opinion.

Do not book this hotel. It is not safe or clean. There is no front door security, so non-guests can enter at any time (and they do). There is a bad odor and poor ventilation. We cut our stay short to book somewhere else. Based on the signs out front, it seems the owners are trying to sell the hotel.

I had lived there that’s very good and comfortable I enjoyed my weekend in there l recommend everybody pls go then you have experience but I tell you some things Linda is very good lady and she is very helpful

Pros: the location is excellent, a quiet street close to public transport and the downtown. The owner of this place was nice and responsive. She brought us the second light to put by the other side of the bed. The cleanness may not be so bad, but it is soooo molded and infested with cockroaches in the kitchen (hadn't seen any in our room though, but who knows?). The bathroom is so small that it doesn't have space to privately towel after showering - you unavoidably kick the door open. Yet, as was mentioned before, there is no AC or heater either (which luckily didn't affect our stay as we visited Vancouver at the end of July when nights are warm).

Found a large kitchen knife in the washroom, shower was not actually connected and smoke alarm was detached from the ceiling.

The room was filthy, there were beer cans in the washroom, cockroaches in the bathroom, very dirty floors, the smoke alarm was hanging from the ceiling not working, and the shower did not work. The lady that ran the accommodation was nice and the neighbourhood was pretty and safe but the room was not comfortable and not very nice to stay in due to the lack of cleanliness and the smell in the home. The entire reservation seemed unorganized and there was severe lack of communication between host and myself when we were arriving. Even after reaching out to Expedia and taking photos of the room we were given, they said there was nothing they could do for us. I would not recommend this booking.

It was dirty? Smelled really bad. I had wear flip flops. The bathroom/shower. The cast iron tub it was about to give out. Tiles were lifting. Roof need to be re-shingled, thankfully it didn't rain. Sheets were at least clean. I wish I could upload the video.

Excellent customer services the location is convenient for transportation linda is very helpful

I would stay here again and again. Bed was comfortable, Clean and I loved the neighborhood. Sky train is 10 min walk away, and Linda was a fantastic lady!
