El hotel está de acuerdo al precio respecto a lujos, la habitación limpia grande y cómoda excelente la atención del personal

Beds and room were clean. Staff was friendly. The rooms are very basic, and the hotel is old & showing some age. Good enough for me to spend a reasonably priced night or two anytime I'm in that part of town. I wouldn't stay there on MY honeymoon, but I might stay there on yours.

Rooms weren’t cleaned properly bathroom is so worn down. Hair and dirt in tub and on floors a disposable razor in the baseboard heater.

We stayed with family for 2 days, we find the property at a good location with all amenities at a walkable distance Room rent is fair and service was good. We would definitely stay next tiime Zafar, Ottawa

The stuff very helpful and available to resolve any concern. Plus theses rooms are big, nobody has Therese’s spacefull rooms, I always enjoy stay there when needed

I am from Mtl. I had made a reservation a few months before a Blue Jays game. When I got to the hotel, I was told there would be night filming for a tv show and I had to park my car elsewhere than on site. Needless to say that it was noisy most of the night and did not sleep very well. The motel should have contacted me in advance to warn me of the night filming and I could have made other plans. The cleanliness of the room was average at best.
