All services are good and well maintained, but it need to work on Food and Beverage. With all the hype of the restaurant it is just Average nothing exceptional.

Front desk was not very accommodating. Steam room was closed. Asked for a room on the upper floor, was told none available!!! I don’t think the hotel was half full!

Rebuild the construction between floors and rooms. And I know this can't be done, but it's such a shame.

The room was excellent and the staff were fantastic.

We thoroughly enjoyed this lovely hotel. The room was spacious and nicely appointed. The nespresso machine and coffees, and kettle with teas were appreciated. As well as robes and slippers which were perfect when using the pool and hot tub facilities. Friendly staff throughout the hotel. Especially Thea our waitress at breakfast, which was delicious. My husband enjoyed the Velocity golf. We took our dog Kodi and he loved his welcome gift of treats and a squeaky ball. It’s a beautiful new hotel with gorgeous grounds. I can’t wait to visit during warmer months to appreciate the grounds and golf course.
