Personnel très courtois et serviable. Notre chambre était très spacieuse et impeccable. Il faisait particulièrement froid à Québec et le plancher chauffant dans la salle de bain a vraiment été un must à notre retour d’une marche en soirée! On recommande chaudement et on y retournera sûrement!

Le personnel a été super gentil avec nous! La chambre était propre, chaleureuse et très "cozy". Nous avons adoré notre séjour et n'hésiterons pas à revenir!!

I travel a TON for work so I basically live out of a suitcase. I spend more time at hotels than I do at my own home, so I would consider myself pretty well versed in what makes a stay special. The hotel Maurice delivers on all counts and then some. Hotel is beautifully curated and gorgeous down to the tiniest details. Staff is incredible. Location is ideal for getting around (via walking) to see the main sites of Quebec City without being inundated with people in the tourist heavy spots. This was my boyfriend and I's first time to Quebec City and could not have been more pleased with the choice to stay at the Hotel Maurice. The staff and hotel itself were such a lovely experience that we often decided to eat there for dinner instead of the reservations we had booked at other various restaurants. The hotel is unique...the rooms are unique....so if you are someone who prefers the more traditional and cookie cutter rooms of a Marriott/Hilton/etc. this is probably not the hotel for you. We stayed in room 304 (video below) and it was exceptional. The rooms are each a little different so if you have specific needs I would recommend paying attention to the specifications of the rooms you book online or calling/emailing the hotel directly to get their advice on which room would suit your ideal experience. Highly recommend. Will stay at The Maurice again if we ever travel back to QC.

Cet hôtel est très joliment décoré et la literie est très confortable.

Staying at the Maurice was a joy. The room was spacious and clean. A cozy and warm home base for our winter travels. I would absolutely return here in a heartbeat.

Chambre très propre, location idéale. Seul bémol, les fenêtres étaient très petites et donnait sur le mur de l'édifice en face.
