Totally false advertising didn’t look anything like the pictures staff was rude. Was ran down and dirty. Nothing worked toilet seat was falling off TV didn’t work. It said a smart TV and the TV was from 1990 probably

Clean room and best staff

Clean and spacious room, although a little dated and don’t have the best soundproofing. Staff and amenities were great. Close location to downtown and Chinook centre.

You pay for what you get, good enough for me and price was right. Bed was clean but sheets were stained from what looks to be a pen thrown in with the wash. Needs updating, as everything is old but again…. Price was right 💪

The room didn’t have any wash cloths or hand towels. Only had two bath towels and a floor mat. I phoned reception on my cell (there isn’t any phone directory for using the hotel phone) and they had housekeeping bring me some wash cloths and hand towels. Staff was friendly. Parking was fine. The working table with the hotel phone on it had not been wiped. An old clothing tag and a couple of drops of coffee were on it.

The room didn't have enough toilet paper, towels or pillows. The heat barely works, in the summer the a/c doesnt work. The front staff is awful. We have stayed in this hotel 8 times in 12 months and every time we come back its worse. The front staff yelled at me and was very rude. We will not be bringing our business back here.

Asked to have 2nd room beside each other, this didn't happen

Outstanding front staff. Smoothe check in and check out. I had one request for housekeeping and it was handled quickly.

Reasonably priced room. Bed was clean and reasonably comfortable. Close to downtown. Served the purpose. Would stay again.

The room was great for the price. Staff were cortesious and fast. the locatoion of the hotel is great.

I got charged two deposits and they both came off of my balance and my balance did not go back up when the deposit was removed...
