Nice and comfortable room in an exceptional location in Old Quebec. The setting was perfect for our year-end getaway—charming, convenient, and full of character. We truly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend it.

Everything was great . The room was very clean , staff was extremely helpful . The hotel is at a very convenient location close to every attraction , so everything was smooth .

This property is severely outdated and frankly should be inspected for safety. The building feels like it might crumble at any time. Cracks in all walls and ceilings. Dust that was 2 inches thick above doors and ceiling fan. Hair in the shower. A bed that cracked and was lopsided. Thin Mattress with springs poking you constantly The only plus was the location. Also beware that they r " recommend " a parking garage that is often full with not many other options nearby. Never again!

This was an amazing location for the Quebec Christmas Market! Room was clean and spacious. Loved having little kitchenette! Right in the heart of Old Quebec. Walking distance to EVERYTHING. Host was responsive and attentive. Great info for check in and check out. Would definitely stay again!

Location was perfect for the German Christmas Market and close to excellent restaurant options. Room was clean and beds were comfortable. Will definitely stay again when I am in Quebec City.

The room was in decent shape. The floor had some dirt on it, not clearly visible but i could feel it as soon as I took my shoes off. The bathroom sink also had what appeared to be blood on it. Admittedly I never called to have it cleaned, I just avoided touching it but it was not good to walk into. I never spoke to a staff member after check in as everything was keyless entry and there was not a traditional lobby to walk into.

We had a few issues. One was the code given to us online did not match the door code and I have to call several times to get the right code. The other thing you might want to improve on is the address to the parking garage entrance which is on a different street than the address given to us. since we don’t know the surroundings, it took a while to find the entrance to the parking lot. The room was nice and we enjoyed the convenience to be able to walk to wherever we want to go in old Quebec city.

Fantastic location and good value for money. You get what you pay for and although this wasn't the Ritz, it was absolutely fine.

This property is definitley not suited for senior citizens or anyone with any type of mobility issues, or who is not tech-savvy, with it's virtual front desk. The communication was poor, as we requested a lower level room, and were placed as far away from the ground floor as possible. If it was about room selection, we should have been told that the room we selected conflicted withour request to be on a lower floor. I had to lift our suitcases up 52 steps, one step at a time. We dreaded each time we came back to the hotel because of the three flights of stairs we had to climb. The " virtual check-in" was chaotic and very unclear. We never dealth face-to-face, or even by voice, with a human. This place may be ok as a youth hostel, but other than that, I'd stay away from it.

Easy and affordable for the location. Awesome location. Only used the room for sleep. Out and about walking for up to 10-12 hours a day. Exactly what we were expecting. No more, no less.
