The hotel did not have my reservation. Even though I paid for this 8 months ago through Expedia I was charged again at the hotel! Still trying to get a refund from Expedia.

The hotel isn't too bad. The rooms are decent, although my room had roaches and mosquitoes. Air-conditioning is not the best. I didn't enjoy my stay because i was made to pay in cash at the hotel despite having had paid already online. I was told that the hotel doesn't an account linked with hotels.com. Not what i had anticipated really
