Rooms were clean , the stuff especially were very kind and respectful!

The staff were excellent, the one who stood out was lady at reception Edna. Keep it up. Rooms were ok, a suggestion to add a non slippery mat just outside shower and toilet. Night Receptionist requires customer care training

The place is centrally located but the staff are very unprofessional. Ordered breakfast the other day and was told therewere no eggs so have to make do with

the staff was very efficient and knowledgeable and friendly
