I had a lovely stay with Babs.She was welcoming and made me feel right at home.The house is spotless and very cosy .I must say the heating was on and so warm I didn’t need a duvet.Lovely treat.I didn’t need to have the breakfast as wanted to meet up for coffee and pastries with friends.But what was on offer looked generous.A well stocked fridge.The only thing was I prefer an en-suite,not so keen on sharing.But that was reflected in the price.Very reasonable.I would highly recommend.

I was made to feel so welcome on my visit due to Babs’s excellent hospitality. The house was modern, luxurious and immaculate with a very chilled vibe. I will definitely be visiting again.

Pleasantly surprised for what i paid for it. It was clean, pretty spacious rooms. The host was very welcoming and took time out to have a chat, which made me felt instantly comfortable. It was simple and no frills, happy for me

Babs is literally a living legend. From the warm welcome, cups of tea, cookies and fresh fruit, access to abundant breakfast and coffee options. Easy to get to the residence from the Brighton Train Station! Really lovely time, like a home away from home! Bonus opportunities to hang with the come back after a day out.

Babs was a great host, I stayed for 2 nights for the Women's Rugby World Cup, the location is situated on a main bus route to the Amex stadium, approx 20 minutes. Alternatively a train from Brighton Station to Falmer is just 6 minutes and is ideally if you have an onward train connection. Very reasonably priced with excellent hosting throughout. I would recommend!

If you're not looking to be right in the center but still not too far: you'll be at the right place ! The street is really quiet but be aware there are no block out curtains so you'll be awaken by the sun. Babs is a lovely, very helpful and discreet host. The room was overall clean. I had a great time at this property !

Lives up to its name. The host, Babs, is really friendly and helpful. Makes you feel at home. Can't find a fault. Have already recommended it to my niece who visits Brighton and I will definitely rebook whenever I'm there.

Me and my partner booked this place for our weekend trip and it was just lovely. The room, kitchen and bathroom were clean, tidy and modern, and last but not least two very lovely cats! The loacation was perfect for us since it was close walking-distance to the pier and the train station. Babs was very helpful on walking routes and resturants in the area, and all in all just a wonderful host, we will definitely come here again.

One of the most enjoyable stays I’ve had. I stayed here with my partner for a festival and the property was in a great location, a short walk from the town and plenty of busses nearby. The house was immaculate and Babs was the best host, she immediately made us feel so welcome, safe and comfortable. Babs answered all of our questions quickly and made us feel like no bother at all. The house and all communal areas were always clean and there was always plenty of food and juices for breakfast. The bed was comfortable and we slept easily. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend this place to anyone visiting!

I stayed at Delightful Brighton for two days and had an absolutely perfect experience from start to finish. The property lives up to its name, charming, cozy, and thoughtfully put together. Everything was spotless and beautifully maintained, making it feel like a true home away from home. The location was ideal for exploring Brighton, with easy access to the beach, shops, and local spots. It was peaceful, comfortable, and every detail was just right. I couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. Highly recommended, I’d return in a heartbeat!
