Clean, comfortable room, convenient to the ferry.

Close to ferry to Newfoundland

This was a lovely place to stay. The front desk staff were kind and helpful and our room was spacious and clean it was nice to sit outside and enjoy the sunshine and Walmart and other stores are a short drive or walk away. It was too cold for the pool to be open but it looked very nice. We would definitely stay here again.

The room was fine for one night. Very outdated and the beds were very old and uncomfortable.

Decent place to stop for an evening of catching the ferry to NFLD. This place feels to me like a draw back to the 70’s , I liked it ALOT for that reason ! I loved the idea of parking my car right next to the door ! Very convenient indeed , I’d stay again for sure … They may need to look at the maintenance of the aluminum door closure … don’t work too well Good value !

The motel is older but it needs some repairs. It was clean. It was difficult to control the heat. The staff were courteous and helpful.

We got stuck in North Sydney for 4 nights because the ferry kept getting cancelled. The staff at the Clansman were friendly and helpful. An older motel with older beds but they weren’t uncomfortable. The sheets were clean. The towels were limited but clean. The restaurant on the premises was good. Busy all the time.

My stay there was excellent especially the staff I really enjoyed my stay!!!!

Clean freshly renovated room , a restaurant for homestyle breakfast, quite and very clean rooms, located just off the highway close to the marine Atlantic ferry

We stayed for two nights after the ferry was cancelled. Clean rooms and good amenities. The rooms also had heat pumps which was great. The beds could use an upgrade and the bathroom could use a refresh. Decent value for the price we paid. Close to stores and the NL Ferry.
