Staff was great.

There are some renovation works taking place, but didn’t really hinder our stay. I did feel we were given the last room in the inn- not quite finished. No ceiling light, but good perimeter lighting. Our phone did not work. The tv remote did not work to access the room Info. There was no rubbish bin only a bathroom bin. No hair dryer. Also they carried out a fogging treatment with no warning and our room was engulfed in black smoke with us in it even though the door was closed. we thought the hotel was on fire- couldn’t see a thing, but could smell the chemicals which really you should not be injesting. Understood why it was necessary, but with warning we could have gone outside sooner where the smoke was dispersing a lot quicker than inside our room.

Great location on Grand Anse beach and proximity to restaurants (Umbrella’s), supermarket, pharmacy, etc. Rooms are due for a refresh/upgrade. The grounds/landscape is well maintained and clean. The breakfast is consistently good with a variety of options, including local food.

The place was clean and conveniently located at the epicenter of town. The complimentary breakfast every morning was a hit. The variety if food was plentiful. We had local dishes as well as traditional breakfast food.

Great hotel right on Grand Anse Beach. Great breakfast buffet. Great WiFi. There was a shortage of beach towels when we were there - for a few days .

Apparently there is a window for welcome drinks. So if you check in early you Don’t get a welcome drink. Takes away from the first impression of the hotel. No one mentioned this. This was different to the times we were there before this visit. Other than that. It’s the best hotel on gran anse beach.

My stay at this resort was excellent. I've stayed at several places in Grenada, but this was my first time here. It seems like a great option for families with kids, and the breakfast choices were impressive.

Fiz uma reserva pelo Hoteis.com, devidamente confirmada. No entanto ao chegar para o checkin, as atendentes disseram que não tinham quartos disponíveis. E simplesmente não tive como fazer o checkin. Para ajudar a plataforma não deu qualquer suporte adequado para a transferência para outra acomodação

The location of the hotel is great. Unfortunately, there was construction going on my entire stay. It would have been nice if this was stated to people before booking the hotel as this hotel is not cheap. The construction caused loud banging and sawing noises all throughout the day, starting early in the morning. There also needs to be someone to help put out the heavy beach chairs. There were two large roaches inside my room and after the cleaners cleaned the room, they just left the dead roach right outside the room door.

I spent a week at this property, and I was impressed by how well-maintained it was. The rooms were cleaned daily, which was fantastic. Breakfast was included, and the location right on Grand Anse was perfect. The staff were incredibly helpful, and the nightly entertainment, the staff was helpful especially from Sharon and Lelian,

Everything about this place was on point. Clean, amazing staff, friendly, all around good vibes man. I most definitely would recommend this hotel. It ranks with the 4 stars and 5 stars that we’ve visited!!

Love this hotel, will definitely be going back. Beautiful beach convenient to a supermarket facing hotel.

Love this place, in the middle of everything. Staff always friendly. Only place I’ll stay when in Grenada!
