Rooms were kept clean Great beach view! Room can use a little more care! (Updating) Resort can definitely use more Customer Service.:improve communication to Guests in terms of letting guests know what activities are even available!! Even POSTING them on a board when Guests arrive would go a long way! This is important!!!Grenadians are extremely polite but is not the same as Communication for informing guests how to get the best out of their stay at the Radisson! Thanks for asking for feedback..

I really enjoyed my stay at the Radisson. The staff were friendly, the rooms were very comfortable and cleaned daily, and the breakfast was good with plenty of variety. The location is excellent, with a local supermarket, restaurants, and the beach right on the doorstep, as well as a bus stop with easy access to the town centre. This was my third stay at the hotel, and I would definitely stay again.

Believe the reviews I definitely give it 8 out of 10. And really the high marks for location, location, location! When it comes to service I would give it a high 5. If you’ve ever been to the Caribbean please know island time is a real thing!!!!! Do not expect fast service. But that’s not my issue. I did not feel like the people there were welcoming. I had sent the hotel messages the week prior to no answers. Was there to celebrate my boyfriend’s bday. No type of recognition. The beach service is non-existent. Which reallly surprised me. They definitely would get more revenue if they had beach service. Local phone calls from the room cost 3EC. Which we weren’t told (was trying to book a massage locally). Oh and the included breakfast was great but again service was nonexistent. They would make so much more money if they asked if you wanted to pay for drinks from the bar but no one ever offered and I didn’t think to ask until our last morning. The beach itself is great- you can snorkel but not much to see. The pools also looked great and there were always a lot of people there but I came for the beach so we never went there. We left the resort every night to eat. There’s a pool table. I did see a coffee bar but never ever saw anyone working so I wouldn’t bet on that. The sink and bathtub stop seemed to be stuck on closed. Annoying but not enough to call someone to fix, wasn’t worth waiting. The property itself a very lush and well kept. Rooms dated but ok with that.

Location was awesome— right on the Grand Anse Beach. Food was delicious. Pools were nice. Rooms were clean albeit somewhat dated (not a dealbreaker at all). Felt like staff were helpful but slow and not attentive to needs. This was still a great option for a long weekend in a central spot in St. George. I would not pick this if you were trying to celebrate something super special.

The grounds and common area are absolutely beautiful and very well kept. Access to pools, beach and restaurants and bars was seamless.

The room was clean. The grounds are beautiful: gorgeous pool, and Grand Anse Beach is amazing. The buffet breakfasts were good; but otherwise the food at the restaurants left a lot to be desired.

Absolutely excellent stay from start to finish. The room was spotless, comfortable, and well maintained. Staff were welcoming, professional, and always ready to help. Everything felt smooth and stress-free. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.
