Todo muy bien, limpio, habitaciones amplias, el desayuno muy rico y el personal muy amable. Lo único con lo que batalle fue que el estacionamiento no está físicamente en el hotel y tienes que dejar tu carro en la calle mientras lo guardan, como es en el centro se batalla para encontrar lugar

Very close to markets, liquor stores, pharmacies and restaurants. The food is amazing everywhere. The only thing missing is a swimming pool.

Muy cuidadosos de la limpieza en todas las áreas , tanto habilitación como áreas en común . Super amables todo el personal desde recepción, chef, personal de limpieza, todos siempre atentos y con trato amable.

Hola! El personal siempre muy atento y agradable, servicio excelente. Sugeriría algunos detalles como el estado de las cortinas, las toallas tienen algunas manchitas o que la TV no tenía internet o los canales que queríamos ver pero en general me pareció un muy buen hotel que recomendaría la cama muy cómoda, dormí muy bien porque las cortinas blackout tapaban toda la luz y el agua siempre calientita. Muchas gracias por hacer una buena estancia en San José

NI siquiera pude hospedarme, está en una avenida principal, no hay donde estacionarte afuera ni por 5 min. mucho bullicio y ruido comercial. su estacionamiento está a 4 cuadras, poco práctico y en la recepción sólo 1 persona que, o atiende llamadas o atiende en mostrador o sale a ayudar con maletas... no hay personal de apoyo. Al final, terminé yéndome a otro hotel.

Second time used for staying at my home town the front desk house keeping were super great nice and always attentive of what we need it I reserved suit and ask for flowers for wife and some drinks and they did a awesome job my wife like the surprised with flowers and on the bed I will be staying many more years to come back home 10 out 10
