The place was difficult to find, in an alley way that felt very sketchy. When we got to the place, there was no proper reception table, just a table and a guy sitting there. He asked ME what room I am in - I said I don't know, shouldn't you be telling me this? Eventually he told me my room, and the key was in a lock box, so we needed to return it ourselves.
My father-in-law's room was leaking under the sink - he had to put towels under to absorb the water. When he complained, nothing was done about it.
Also like to mention that if you get the room that has two floors, its not safe for young children because the stairs and railings have large gaps so little kids can easily fall off.
