El hotel es un hotel viejo, de hecho todo el hotel huele a viejo, las habitaciones están descuidadas aunque limpias. Pedimos el box lunch para llevar a nuestro tour y nos dieron todas las manzanas literal podridas. En general no lo recomiendo para nada.

Great location. Breakfast was good. Staff was helpful.

The room was spotless , the staff were helpful in finding activities in the area, they helped us with bus connections and subways. We needed to apply for our E-Visa for Brazil and were able to help us with the application. The swimming pool was a nice relax after a busy day. Breakfast in the morning was great, with alot of variety. The location is in the middle of downtown where most tourist attractions are, yet close to the subways and buses to explore further out.

Nice staff, room was clean but showing its age. Vinyl flooring has been installed but they did a terrible job and degraded the room. Bathtub was a plus for this weary traveler.

Room, particularly bathroom, smelled like a sewer but it was rated high. There was no coat hangers. Small refrigerator wasn't working. Then they moved me to another room next day and it was tad better. Certainly not a 3 star hotel as rated.

Habitación correcta. Buena ubicación para transportes públicos. Centro histórico, tiendas y galerías y cerro Santa Lucía. De noche todo cerrado alrededor Volvería.

Instalaciones aceptables, aseo adecuado, personal con excelente nivel de servicio. La piscina necesita un poco de cloro extra, pero no está mal.

It is very conveniently located. Noise in general was way too much. AC unit and street noise. People are friendly. Would recommend for people with families. Internet was surprisingly good.

This property was great! I was allowed to check -in early which gave me time to explore Santiago. The hotel is located right along the main drag so is very convenient. The breakfasts are great and the views are amazing . Highly recommend this hotel !

Hotel bem localizado. Perto de vários restaurantes, pizzarias, cafetarias, casa de cambio. Leve real e troque nas casas de cambio. Café da manha muito bom.

We had a medical emergency and the staff was very helpful. Staff was very friendly. Problems: non-functioning safe, phone, and some lights. Also level of safety in usage of shower was poor.
