The room was not a luxury one, but solved the issue we had to find where to sleep that night, the ones in charge did a fantastic job helping us set up, the place was clean and it was in a good location.

Remote location access accessible to many things in the area truly love the place, felt Victorian

The receptionist did have the room ready, it was not reserved and we paid for it since 4 days ago. They provided to us a different room not the one I reserved ahead of time.

Everything was very nice and safe

Nunca nadie nos atendio y tocamos el timbre variad veces, nos toco buscar otro hotel

Main entrance of the Hotel was closed at 8pm. Nobody was atending the night bell. No one was answering the phone. We wait 15 minutes under a heavy rain and decided to go to an other hotel. It was a very bad experience.

Family run, personalized service. The property is untraditional with many unusually sized rooms and stairways… get past that and the personalized service will raise the experience to an acceptable level. The beds was good enough and the a/c works. A backpack style accommodation.
