Un hotel muy bonito con un gran servicio !!

El hotel está ubicado en una calle con mucho tráfico de camiones y hay mucho ruido, lo que hace difícil dormir. El personal de recepción es muy poco amable. Hicimos check-in con un señor de nombre Francisco que fue muy poco cortés y se burlaba de las preguntas que se le hacían. El hotel no tiene estacionamiento y recomiendan uno a algunas cuadras de distancia a pesar de que hay un estacionamiento cruzando la calle que está bien.

Rooms were very nice and large and beds very comfortable. Everything is very new and updated with nice air conditioning. The staff was pleasant but not overly so. The price includes a free “American Breakfast” their words not mine. Only real complaint is there’s no coffee in the mornings when you wake up and if there is it’s cold. Walking to OXXO just sucks before you’re even awake.

Hermoso hotel, sus instalaciones muy bonitas, muy cerca del zócalo caminando vas todo los lugares típicos centrales, sólo que elevador casi nunca funciona. Me hospedaré cada vez que vaya a Puebla

Cerca del centro pero sin estacionamiento, la reservación la hice para dos adultos y un menor de 15 años y me cobraron tres adultos porque para ellos el menor debe ser menos de 11 años y en expedia es hasta 17.

Está muy confortable bonita con historia sin ruido y con camas muy cómodas cerca de la catedral

Beautiful place! Central, the view for the restaurant is great! Very comfortable hotel/room, great staff, very attentive and with attention to detail. Will stay again for sure!

En general una exelente experiencia en el hotel , sobretodo la atención del personal . Muy recomendable para visitar Puebla .

Incredible! Beyond expectations. The room was so nice, beds were the best ( I checked the mattress to order for home!). Staff were lovely. Little touches were so well received- biscuits in room, text before arrival, snacks in lobby. Just brilliant.

Rooms were clean and had all the amenities. Walking distance to the cathedral. Staff was great.

Beautiful, clean, great hospitality

The staff at the Milo hotel was amazing. The property is beautiful and close to the zocalo. Its walking distance to many places. It has a beautiful rooftop restaurant with amazing views. Our room was spacious with 2 queen beds and a small living area. I would highly recommend staying here. The only downside it no elevator if you have trouble walking up stairs and taking luggage up and down was a pain. And its nothing that would keepme from staying again.

Enjoyed Milo Collection for the last four nights. From the moment we arrived staff was friendly and helpful. The room was decorated nicely and very spacious. Nice to have bottled water in the room and a small treat each day. Housekeeping was amazing. Felt safe when walking to and from the hotel. Easy walk to the main square where there was lots of shopping and restaurants. Also, walkable were the weekend flea/farmers markets. Continental breakfast was fine. Breakfast menu available if you wanted a more substantial meal. There is also a Sunday buffet which had a nice variety.

Excelente lugar, la vista de la terraza es espectacular. Lo malo es que no tienen suficientes lugares para estacionar el auto.
