Clean room, great breakfast but hours should be longer

Excellant staff, breakfast was good! 24 hour coffee and tea station great feature.Rooms clean and toilettries well stock. Good value for the money, Would stay thrre again.

All is fine, but do not understand, why beside pre-paid room they request up front "security deposit" of $100?

Only 1 elevator was operational throughout our 4 day stay. A bit chaotic when everyone is leaving in the morning.

The hotel was very nice, clean and very comfortable. We stayed for two nights with our 13 year old Son for a basketball tournament and it was a great location. -I work in customer service and one item that could have improvement would have been when we checked in. We arrived January 31st at approximately 10pm. We were not greeted by anyone. We walked to the check in counter as there were two workers at the desks talking. I didn’t want to interrupt and stood there for at least a minute or two before I said hello. The conversation was not work related. The male was a Manager (Nicky) and I was unable to see the females name. I gave all of the ratings a score of excellent as I know how important the survey responses can be and it wasn’t a concern to me. Just something to work on for improved customer service. Thank you.

Great place to stay

The room itself was clean, newly renovated, and updated TV options such as cast from phone abilities; however, it would periodically not connect/work. Also, had a couple in a complete DV situation in an adjacent room, advised front desk, and all they said was they would report it. It went on for 12 hours.... and no offer to switch rooms, nor an offer of a discounted stay on the next visit. Lastly, signage with directions to the entrance of hotel not on any of the major roads, and only 2 plaza roads lead into it; took my Uber driver 3 attempts to find it and GPS wasn't picking it up either.
