When we first arrived it was hard to understand where we are where we going. No reception u can’t get into the building. When we go it in the shower was broken we couldn’t take shower for the first day after place really. It was flooded. They fix the next day. Then no one cleans the appt. No towels not enough. No toilet paper. Only 2 for the whole stay. Check out T 11. They came at 10 am. Really. Yo not a good spot

En general este apartamento esta bien, pero hay varias cosas que deben mejorar: - La habitacion no corresponde a la foto que publican (por ejemplo, no teniamos mesa de comedor, solo un bar pequeño e incomodo para comer). - La base de la cama rechinaba exageradamente; cada movimiento nos despertaba a mi esposa y a mi. - Ninguna ventana tiene cortinas black-out por lo que de noche entra demasiada luz a la habitacion y al sofa cama, ya que los comercios del edificio de enfrente dejan las luces encendidas toda la noche. - La bañera no tenia cortina por lo que el piso terminaba inundado despues de cada ducha. - No se podia regular la calefaccion, por lo que pasamos frio en las noches.

The air conditioning was very strange and no shower holder so you needed to hold the shower up when having a wash

We had a great stay when visiting Budapest for the weekend.

Son unos departamentos nuevos, muy amplios sin ruido limpios. El unico qué punto es que está lejos del parlamento el castillo Buda, de los principales puntos turisticos. Hay que caminar 750 metros para tomar el tram

The flat is very new, clean and spacious. Quiet residential neighborhood (rebuilt) a bit further from the city center but public transportation all around. Offered late checkout with a fee per hour. Enjoy our stay. Thanks!

The apartment was a brilliant size and aesthetically pleasing. The balcony is huge. Overall the stay was good apart from a couple of issues with cleanliness. Nothing serious and you wouldn't notice from a distance but hair in the bath plug hole, hair on shelf by bath and nearly everything has a layer of dust especially surfaces, shelves and skirting boards. The rug in the lounge was once cream but is now brown with stains. Also when locking the door from the inside you have to push the door in and hold it to lock it all at the same time. I would return if these issues didn't happen again.

It is close to city centre but virtually no dinning around.

I really enjoyed my stay here! It’s a lovely studio, very spacious and had all I needed in it. The building is secure so I felt safe and it’s very easy to get into the centre because of nearby transport. The only downside is there were sheer curtains which made it feel less private at night with the lights on and meant any daylight came through immediately. Otherwise excellent and no faults!

Excellent property, very modern, everything you need. A few small issues, the shower needs a bigger screen and a different holder on the wall, you need the hold shower head. Cannot turn heating down, had to open window. Also only one tv control between 2 televisions. Location outside of centre, but very quiet and taxis are reasonable.

Very spacious, clean, comfortable bed. Everything is new.

I stayed at West side garden apartments which is a 7 floor brand new building. The apartment was big and cozy with a balcony and a fully equipped kitchen. There was also a washing machine and a dryer and the toilet is at a separate room from the bathroom. It’s is well located, quiet and safe area with some choices for breakfast and a 24h grocery shop. I will definitely choose it again when I return to Budapest

Positive: The suite was equipped with everything, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge, Iron, stove and microwave so it was very comfortable place to live there. Negative: strange time of checking time and check out time which is gives you less time than other places. Check in time is 15:00 and check out time is 10:00! The check in instructions came when I already arrived to the location and that caused stressful situation since there is no receptionist there. In their web site the check in time stated as 12:00 and they were not aware of that! The location is not very close to center but there is very good bus connection nearby. In General I do recommend this place since the level of comfort is pretty good and if you travel with family the above equipment are very useful to be available!
