There was no guidance on when/where or what refuse was being collected. Thete were inadequate bins for refuse. There were holes all over the walls. The side door is not hung properly, leaving large gaps at the top and bottom. The actual property was called Ambleside, not Aspen. The layout of the decking with only one set of steps meant continually walking the full length of the caravan twice to get to/from the parking. The park is advertised as dog friendly, however it is not permitted to exercise dogs within the park and there is no suitable exercise area anywhere within the vicinity of the park. The drainage around the caravan is non-existant meaning when it rained, the whole area around the caravan was flooded.
