Had issue with the maintenance of the property, there were several issues. Toilet leak, ants and mold on the wall in the living room. Overall the response from the property manager was slow to respond and not apologetic, we had to move to a hotel halfway through our stay. They lost our second room reservation we had made for a family member, but it turned out to be a blessing. It is a beautiful building, with amazing views and great decor, but this property needs to be better maintained in order to allow guests to enjoy their vacation.

Beautiful room, unfortunately the staff was not very helpful. We reserved two rooms under two separate reservations but the staff could only find one under my name. Travelocity was extremely helpful, contacted the front desk to be hung up on several times. We never got the second room. Travelocity again was great and will refund my money for the second room. The room was beautiful, disliked the location, the noise level from the cars passing by, lack of available towels, and service over all. We left the apartment early and stayed at a Gamboa Reserve Resort. Much, much better experience.
