Beautiful place, very clean and people are nice

Excelente servicio, las instalaciones nuevas, super limpio, habitación muy cómoda. Super recomendable.

Entre habitaciones lo que divide es la tablaroca y eso no es muy cómodo ya que se escucha lo que pasa en el otro lado y pasillos.

Todo perfecto, excelente servicio. El hotel es muy bonito.

La de recepción le falta como experiencia y explicar mejor las cosas. Porque algunos clientes no saben utilizar las nuevas tecnologías. Más por las personas adultas mayores.

Personal muy atento en todo momento, habitación muy cómoda y con excelente limpieza; el estacionamiento es pequeño y un poco incómodo pero aceptable.

La chica de recepción de la noche tiene un excelente trato al huésped; pero su compañero de recepción, ese chico se portó grosero y "poco" amable para no decir que nada. Fuera de ese detalle, todo estuvo muy bien

Staff was accommodating in all respects. My daughter has diet restrictions, and they were able to make changes for her. We will stay there again the next time we go to Aguascalientes. The bar and restaurant on the roof terrace were very pleasant. The hotel should advertise it more; we found out about it by accident. What a great experience.

Tranquilo, cómodo, excelente atención

Overall hotel is pretty. What I did not like was lukewarm shower . I was cold taking showers because the water was not warm enough. The shower head water pressure & volume were low.

Love this newly opened hotel convenient for center (10 minute walk to the cathedral). Room clean, hot water, great service

Its a nuce cute hotel. The staff are super friendly. Theres rooftop bar with a beautiful view of the city. Even tho i wasn't drinking i had fun. The breakfast was great. Very clean place

Excellent place. I highly recommend this property. It’s a small, very cute, modern and clean hotel. Very friendly and helpful staff. Its located at the heart of downtown, so everything is walking distance, and very safe to walk around. They also provide delicious breakfast and Wifi. Terrace with a view Overall excellent stay
