The hotel was sufficient. I don’t think it was as nice as what I expected. Everything was white. But it was pretty bare bones. There was no rugs or carpet or flooring in the bedrooms. It felt weird just walking on painted concrete. There was one wooden chair in the room to sit on. The duvet was a bit small for the bed for two people. However, the service was great. The employees went out of their way to help us. The location was fantastic. You could walk to the old town super easy. The parking was across the main road, but it was still pretty close and it was nice to actually have parking. All in all, the hotel was sufficient, but it just didn’t have much in the room. Which was really kind of disappointing..

Wir waren sehr angenehm überrascht, Zimmer war ruhig und sauber. Das Frühstück sehr gut, mit richtigem Cappucciono und richtigem Saft. Auch sonst gab es Getränke gratis. Man ist sehr schnell zu Fuß in der City. Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir würden wieder buchen!

Two twin rooms, spacious and clean. The whole hotel is very Techy and the staff is super helpful. However the thin walls make every door slam heared...

Very nice and helpful staff who gave a great introduction to the city when checking in. Very clean room. Really loved the design of the room and the rest of the hotel! Delicious breakfast, also nespresso machine in the room, coffee and lemonade available in the common area. Would stay here again if I come back to Plovdiv!

Lage und Zimmer okay, Hotel ist nur sehr hellhörig! Frühstücks Angebot inklusive Säfte und Café am Tage hervorragend.

We really enjoyed our stay at Hello Hotel. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by the staff, who were incredibly friendly and professional. The breakfast was delicious with a good variety, and the eating area was clean and comfortable. The only downside was that the floor in our room was a bit dirty, which was unfortunate with our baby crawling around. Still, overall it was a great stay, and the hospitality really stood out.

Super lækkert og meget moderne og nyt hotel i Plovdiv. Lækre værelser og fantastisk morgenmad. I gåafstand til alle byens seværdigheder. What's not to like?

One of the best hotels i’ve stayed at in terms of cleanliness and vibes. A minimalistic and modern layout which gives it an exclusive look. The staff is very helpfull and always available. I checked in after opening hours and it was a smooth process with great directions. Also loved the location, it was quiet and had several stores/supermarkets nearby. Right by the river, so the ten minute walk to the centre had a pleasant scenery. An extra bonus was the Nespresso machine in my room (i dont dear use kettels in hotels) with daily restock, same with water bottles. Cannot reccomend it enough, stay here if youre travelling to Plovdiv!

Staying in this property was a delight! The people, the breakfast, everything was just wonderful. The room was so pleasant, I didn't want to leave anymore, it was clean and so snuggly. I totally recommend this property to anyone. 5 starts totally!

C’est un hôtel presque sans personnel donc check in par internet WhatsApp et puis des codés partout Nous avons eu un soucis pour recevoir les accès mais une solution a vite été trouvé. On a aime où on déteste ce genre d’hôtel. C’est hyper connecté, tout est digitalisé et ultra moderne jusqu’au choix des matériaux. Une sorte de chambre 2.0 un peu futuriste et très impersonnelle. Une machine Nespresso avec des capsules une bouteille d’eau minérale et même un coffre fort électronique. Le point faible de l’hôtel c’est le bruit et l’environnement pas terrible Le point fort c’est le petit dejeuner très bon et très complet
