The staff were exceptional. We were in town for a funeral and they were able to accommodate a very early check in for our family and pets. Rooms are a good size and very clean. Ground floor lounge is a good place to hang out and have local beer on draught.

Had a great stay at the Hyatt! The pool was excellent — warm, clean, and very inviting. Breakfast was enjoyable, and the staff kept the hallways spotless. The internet was fast and reliable

I enjoyed my stay because of the staff. They were very helpful and friendly. I did not want for anything. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The hot breakfast was good. I will stay here again.

Extremely clean room. The staff was so friendly and accommodating, striking conversations, engaging the customer into having an amazing experience. Hotel breakfast was also very good, I loved the sausages. Very new and beautiful property, loved the spacious room. Side note, if you are staying near highway, it may be a tad bit noisy so be prepared or plan accordingly. Overall a positive experience for my sons OFSAA competitions in Windsor!

It was OK. Room is nice, had no conditioner filled up.. floors were a little dirty but otherwise pretty good experience.

Loved the couch and the layout of the room.

We had an excellent stay overall. Friendly welcome. Great breakfast. Modern, spacious room. The garbage can had an unopened plastic bag on top of it so we had to open that and put it in the garbage can. It didn’t want to touch the garbage can. When I picked it up there were food crumbs underneath it. The room’s blinds were very difficult and painful to raise and lower, and I’m a strong guy. So in the morning we didn’t raise them to let in the morning light. Normally we would.

staff was great. rooms were spacious. our room was clean and the bed and pillows were comfortable (huge plus cause most hotels have crappy beds and pillows these days!) i do wish the hotel provided extra amenities in the room like shower caps and makeup removers. those are always really helpful when staying somewhere.

Positive: Smooth and easy check-in. Room was clean and well maintained. Bed, sofa, and chair were comfortable. Enough storage space. Bathroom was spacious and clean. Negative: On the first day, I noticed there was no drinking water bottle in the room, so I had to call reception to request it. The next morning, before going out, I informed reception about room service. Unfortunately, when I returned at night, the room service had still not been done. Since I expected there would again be no water in the room, I had to go to reception personally to request bath towels and drinking water, and I informed them that the room had not been serviced.

Clean room, the breakfast buffet is very good. One of the best hotel I’ve been! Very polite staff. Everything was excellent! 10/10!

Clean and well maintained

The room was very clean and big, we got a noise complaint twice but we werent yelling we weren’t playing loud music we were just talking, next time hotel should think about placing sports teams on the bottom floor
