Beds super soft - sunk in. Pillows super flat. Pool was good - no hot tub. Breakfast choices - great! Clean.

We booked this hotel for my daughter’s soccer team. The staff were extremely helpful and accommodating. There was a great space for the team to gather and the staff were very tolerant of the team. Price was great as the hotel was clean and the breakfast was very good, lots to choose from. Overall good stay!

Very clean and comfortable hotel room. Only issue is it’s all hardwood floors so it’s very noisy.

The property still has a very new/clean feel - but it's running on a skeleton crew, the parking lots has a number of spaces, but things are tight. Our room was clean with nice fixtures. Sunday morning breakfast was not unlike a scene from Beyond Thunderdome - the facilities are not equipped for such a large number of people trying to get breakfast at the same time. There weren't enough seats, there wasn't enough food. Staff were friendly enough, but there needed to be more of them.

We got the family room and it was a very nice one! Huge long windows and enough space for 6 of us! Close to restaurants so we walked and the kids had a blast in the pool. Although it was small- it was pretty shallow on both sides and the kids had a blast even with other families that were in it! Overall 5/5 I’d say! The front lady clerk was great too! Very kind!

This was a phenomenal hotel stay! Clean, spacious room with a great pool, workout centre and tremendous breakfast! Also, the girl that checked us in was very efficient and friendly! 10/10 stay!

This was a great hotel in Windsor. Close to a ton of restaurants, clean, helpful staff and the pool and gym were well equipped with clean towels. Kids loved being able to have their own beds (had a 2 queen and one sofa pull out) room was spacious for four and surprisingly quiet being on the main road that heads over the border to Detroit. Would definitely stay here again if we were in the region

Loved the free parking and free breakfast Running a vacuum after 2 days of stay is mandatory ( Stayed 3 days) Ensuring the body wash and conditioner is refilled mandatory, ( baiscs ) Or leave a dust pan / broom for guest to do it themselves. Also the roller shades in room / non accessibility rooms needs to be motorized its hard on hands to pull it up with the plastic covering.
