check in process is buggy and incredibly inconvenient. very dirty apartment

Front desk personnel are very friendly. and i really liked the gym. Area is one of the best in Bogota. However, host is not very communicative and less than desirable. As others have said, the check in process is clumsy and buggy,. the room does not match the photos and the room they gave me was not cleaned. Host dropped off towels and sheets. Shocking expedia only gave me key cash. one of my worst experiences in Colombia.

The building is still in construction so there is a bit of nose during the morning hours and I had no power for half of the day.

They don't have a gym or office space:False advertising. The bed is extremely cheap and as hard as the floor, the light and fan in the bathroom turns on and off at random...Other than that, it was a lovely experience, everyone was very nice, it feals secure and its very clean space, the roof offers a lovely view of the city.
