Nice place right in the center of town. It is very hard to initially find using the address but if you enter the name of the hotel in Google map it will take right there.

Room was super spacious. Gonzalo cooks great food and is super helpful! My stay was a little chaotic but everyone there made sure I was safe and taken care of at all times.

It was just right for Quito

Great, spacious apartment! The location can’t be beat - in a very safe area with tons of shopping and a few blocks from the metro. The entrance is through a cafe which is very odd but convenient for breakfast and coffee! Checking in after the cafe is closed is somewhat confusing but they waited for my arrival and helped me into the apartment. My only criticism is that all of the lights were harsh white LED bulbs and after dark the space would have really benefited from a softer, warmer light (and/or lamps)

It was a pretty good stay. Quito is going through some power outages (due to the drought), so we had power off a lot of the time we were there at the property. But that's not necessarily the owner's fault -- everyone in Quito is getting their energy cut right now. Overall, it was a good deal, located up in a relatively safe area (in the financial district). I'm not sure I'll ever be in Quito again, but I'd definitely consider staying here again if I did. ~Jon

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a wonderful apartment in the Tofino Building in Quito. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the cleanliness and modern design of the apartment. The space was beautifully decorated and equipped with all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. The location is ideal, situated in a safe and vibrant neighborhood with easy access to shops, restaurants, and public transportation. The views from the apartment were stunning, especially at sunset. The host was incredibly attentive and responsive, making sure that all my needs were met throughout my stay. I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Quito and look forward to returning in the future. Recientemente tuve el placer de alojarme en un maravilloso departamento en el Edificio Tofino en Quito. Desde el momento en que llegué, quedé impresionado por la limpieza y el diseño moderno del departamento. El espacio estaba bellamente decorado y equipado con todas las comodidades necesarias para una estancia confortable. La ubicación es ideal, situada en un vecindario seguro y vibrante, con fácil acceso a tiendas, restaurantes y transporte público. Las vistas desde el departamento eran impresionantes, especialmente al atardecer. El anfitrión fue increíblemente atento y receptivo, asegurándose de que todas mis necesidades fueran atendidas durante mi estancia. Recomendaría este departamento a cualquiera que visite Quito y espero volver en el futuro.

All was good overall

While this was a short stay, we had everything we needed during our stay. Finding the place was easy, the place was clean, and staff was great. I recommend staying here.
