My family arrived at 8pm only to be greeted with a shocked look and being told that they did not have our 2 room booking. We were then asked to squeeze into a single unit, with the promise that the next night would as per our booking. The next night, it seemed they sold our room to another guest and proposed we squeeze into the single room again. We insisted on getting a new room and they (somehow magically) managed to clear one for us. Poor service. Also... The tap water there is brown. The family came down with severe food poisoning which we suspect was due to the food preparation. Would strongly NOT recommend this place. Lots of other more decent places available in the vicinity.

The location is great. The service is very good. All the family is smiling ans really want to help. We really enjoyed our stay there.

Beautiful views of the rice fields with mountain in the back. Good central location. Lots of food options within short walking distance. Free breakfast at the homestay. The family is extremely friendly and very approachable. We would highly recommend this place if you're looking for a beautiful and comfortable homestay.

Das war unsere beste Unterkunft auf unserer Reise durch Vietnam !!! Tolle Familie, toller Ort, Super Essen! Wir konnten uns ausspannen und haben die Zeit hier sehr genossen!

La propriétaire est aux petits soins de ses clients, elle est très attentionnée, hôtel légèrement en retrait de la ville de Tam Coc parfait pour le bruit
