Bra läge, kompakt men allt fanns tom till en längre vistelse

Toista kertaa peräkkäin neljän hengen porukalla. Juuri sopiva huone, kaikki toimii helposti. Siisti huone. Sijainti loistava, Lidl ihan alakerrassa.

Clean, tidy, and silent. Check-in via a web app was smooth enough.

Small apartment but with everything you can need, clean bathroom and beds were excellents! The common area on the top floor are beautifully decorated and the luggage room were very helpful. The location is perfect, you can walk to all attractions or to public transportation.

I have so many complains, during summer and the AC don’t work, I was told nothing 25c work, Dishwasher never worked and the last day they told me that I had to open the faucet together!! The room is super small and it was dirty under the beds, I told them and nothing! I had 2 bookings back to back and adm never told the cleaners and they just open the door, the code did not work and they don’t work on weekends so if something happens you will be sleeping on the street, for the closet you need to move the table and chair to reach. Look for something better!

Room was equipped with everything you could need. Efficient space. Quiet, secure location.

Siisti ja tyylikäs huone hyvällä sijainnilla. Sisään- ja uloskirjautuminen sujui kätevästi puhelimella. Hintaan ei kuulunut aamupala emmekä ostaneet sitä erikseen. Hotellin vieressä oli Lidl, josta oli helppo käydä ostamassa aamupalatarvikkeet huoneeseen. Aamusauna oli mukava, saunaosasto oikein tyylikäs.

Usually the accomodations of this chain are nice, clean, and in quite good locations. More pricey than other but worth it

Staff was very responsive and helpful. Great location with a supermarket right next store. 3 blocks away from centre.

Ihan ok, ei mitään erityistä. Vähän likaiset lattiat. Sänky ja tyynyt keskitasoa. Tallinnan Bob W Kesklinn huomattavasti laadukkaampi.

L’hôtel est bien situé, proche du centre et accessible à pied facilement. Par contre, le lit devait être grand, mais plutôt un lit double standard dans une chambre très petite. Les tapis des corridors sont dus pour être lavés ou changés. La chambre était propre.

Appartamento piccolo, ma funzionale

The design is appealing and the location in Kamppi is excellent. Customer service was reachable via WhatsApp, though the guest area website was hard to find. Mid-stay cleaning needs to be requested separately. Unfortunately the stay was marked by several issues. The shower temperature control broke on day one — the water was freezing cold. A repair was made the next day but the water remained only lukewarm. The dish brush was missing for most of the stay despite being reported. The headboard was dusty on arrival. On two separate evenings there were noise disturbances. On the first, the source was never identified. On the second, staff tried to reach the local team by phone but couldn't, and the noise continued. When I complained, the offer moved from 15% to 35% to 40% off one night — only after I followed up myself. During the process, the hotel made claims about staff visits that did not reflect what actually happened. I accepted 40% as a partial resolution, but it doesn't reflect the full picture.

The room was good, the stores and grocery store next door was great, but I still dislike humanless properties. I may be able to navigate, but not everyone can and I’ve never had a stay at one where some other person wasn’t lost and confused and needed help, making other visitors do your damned job of solving their problems.

Clean. Easy walk from central station. No front desk, all codes are emailed. Not as spacious as the online photos. The sauna is nice but only available at specific times, otherwise you need to pay and make a reservation.
