Excelente servicio! Súper amables!

Poor Flexibility and Questionable Location I booked a five-night stay with a cancellation policy that clearly allowed changes up to 24 hours in advance. Despite this, the hotel refused to refund one night, showing zero flexibility or willingness to engage constructively (I was 1h late due to the different time zones). Good hotels demonstrate their quality when issues arise: unfortunately, this one failed miserably. Additionally, the location is highly questionable. It is situated near Geneva’s primary (and only) drug addiction centre, and the surrounding area often has groups of individuals congregating for treatment, which can feel unsafe and unsettling for guests. Overall, this experience was deeply disappointing. The hotel seems more focused on retaining your money than providing genuine service. In addition, the management later asked me to remove my review and offered an additional night for a future stay as a form of compensation—an offer that felt more like damage control than sincere customer care. I would strongly advise others to avoid this property.

The area was not the best.

Great hotel within walking distance of the train station. Lots of great restaurants in the nearby Grotto. Also appreciated the transit pass which we used daily!

Everything is great and the staff are very friendly and helpful. The hospitality is very nice. Only the room cleaning is not good. They are just arranged without cleaning. I hope to raise the level of room cleaning; but the hotel is worth visiting. The check in and checkout are more than wonderful and quick to respond.

My major complaint is that there is nobody on-site to deal with any issues, the entrance and lobby were like a sauna while we waited to get checked-in. I don't understand why they dont have an AC in the lobby

New hotel in great location. Short walk to main station and the old town and all the sights. Quiet street and comfortable room with kitchenette. All brand new so clean and bright. Super friendly and helpful front desk staff.

Room was convenient, the self catering aspect came in handy as we had limited spending money so was able to make our own food😇

Otroligt rent och fräscht lägenhetshotell och trevlig och hjälpsam personal. Tyvärr dras betyget ner pga att ac inte fungerade. Dessutom fanns det bara stora herrcyklar att låna, inga damcyklar så vi fick promenera istället.

Excellent Service, Happy and Helpful Staff, Comfy Stay

This new hotel has everything you could ask for. Very friendly and helpful staff, brand new apartments with quality fixtures and fittings. Kitchen accessories first class. New laundry facilities. Roof top lounge area. Location is close to trains and trams. Very quiet street. Don’t walk from station take 14 or 18 tram one stop.

The hotel looks brand new. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. We were given nespresso coffee on arrival. The hotel had everything we needed. We were very close to the tram and buses and trains (and airport). The hotel provided a travel pass, which was very nice. The hotel was perfect for us. There was a nespresso machine in our room too. The room had air conditioning, thank goodness. The rooms were spotless and quiet. A coop supermarket is also nearby, thus saving money by not eating outside for every meal. We highly recommend this hotel. It was wonderful! We hope to return to Geneva and Base Geneva again.
