When we first arrived, we received a warm welcome from the staff. As we got to know the staff, we learned they are very accommodating and friendly. We kept hearing the slogan, The facilities are very clean and well maintained. We had early excursions in the morning before breakfast time is served. The staff were so kind to prepare us packaged breakfast to take to-go. The grounds including the pool and garden are beautiful. We even had the opportunity to speak to the owner, who is very kind and considerate. We enjoyed our stay and happy the management and staff treat their guest like family. We booked the family room which is 2 conjoined rooms, that makes up one individual bungalow dwelling, this offered us ample space for a family travelling with young children. We kept hearing the slogan "Visit Zimbabwe and experience our Hospitality." The Zimbabwe hospitality was felt at Kasambabezi.

This lodge exceeded our expectations. Rooms are spacious and clean. Bedding and pillows are comfortable. Having a continental breakfast and a bar is a plus. This Lodge has the ability to pick you up from the airport For a small fee. If you want to go out for an evening, they will book a reservation for you and book a taxi for you The entire staff is wonderful.

The bar was well stocked, breakfast was great, all the staff were super friendly and helpful. Beautiful pool area. We loved our stay there.

We enjoyed staying on the Hotel Kasambabezi Lodge. Hotel staff was very welcoming and extremely friendly. They were also able to help us to book a morning cruise on very short notice when we had trouble booking the tour online on our own. Breakfast was delicious and the hotel room clean and spacious. Hotel driver was flexible and drove safely. Highly recommend this hotel. Thank you for making our holiday in Victoria Falls memorable!

Great layout around the pool bar and restaurant. Rooms are a very generous size also. Lovely helpful staff. Thankyou!
