The place is hidden and of very low quality. Not worth a dime?

Overview: It was a very pleasant experience and I felt more than comfortable staying here. I would 10/10 recommend. Staff: She’s very accommodating, nice and helpful with anything you need. If you need help with any tours she’s also able to give you information on an agency that’s trustworthy. Breakfast: it’s simple but yummy ! Expect some eggs, coffee or tea with bread. Room: it was quiet, clean and spacious. There is also hot water if you need to take a shower. However, it did feel pretty cold at night yet I’m sure a couple of extra layers would help with that. WiFi: worked pretty well but can become laggy if you move to the bathroom while making a call. Other than that it was very efficient. Neighbourhood: it’s super close to Avenida Sol which is where you get to exchange money or the bank. As well as having Inca Rail right around the corner. Plaza de Armas is just 3 blocks away which is great !

The breakfast was terrible....when I asked if there was milk for the insipid coffee, the staff told me I could go around the corner and buy some! That afternoon when I asked for an additional bath towel to augment the threadbare one in my room, I was told a flat NO! Do not book a room in this place. There are plenty of alternatives in Cusco!

The beds were uncomfortable, the room was cold, the staff were very rude and unhelpful, the breakfast was horrible, and they were dogs bathing in the hotel’s courtyard all night.

Breakfast was barely minimal. Towels were paper thin.

Everything was close by with easy access. The lady who ran it was nice and friendly and put up very well with our limited spanish. She cooked us breakfast every morning. The room was clean.

It was an ok stay. Very LOUD neighbourhood and all you hear is kids screaming starting at 5am until about 10pm. Pictures dont match what the rooms actually looks like. Bed is one of the worst beds I’ve ever slept in, says Netflix in ad but this is also not true.

There were beg bugs, told staff about it. Nothing really was done about it. No hot water, staff not friendly at all or try to be helpful. I would strongly evade this place at all.

Très bon sejour. Chambre propre et personnel courtois. Des musiciens qui se pratiquent à l’extérieur, à quelques pas du logement, ainsi qu'un petit bar en face, montrent des réalités urbaines propres des habitants de cette extraordinaire ville, qui était jadis l'ancienne capitale de l'Empire inca.

EL TRASLADO DEL AEROPUERTO SOLO APLICA PARA UN TRAYECTO, AUNQUE NO LO DICE ASÍ EN LAS CARACTERÍSTICAS DEL HOTEL

We had a lovely stay here for our time in Cusco. Very close to the square, shopping and restaurants. We arrived early and were able to check in straight away - which we were very grateful for. The bed was warm and comfortable and great hot water in the shower (once we figured out how to turn the hot water tap on under the sink!). Breakfast was a bonus, and very yummy! Great value for money - would come back and stay again. Thanks for having us 😀

La habitación es aceptable por el precio que pagas está a unas 6 cuadras de la plaza de armas sin embargo los taxis no les gusta entrar a La calle porque no tiene salida el desayuno es muy pobre sin variedad , la recepcionista es poco amable

Did not like our stay

The hosts were kind enough to arrange taxi service from the airport for a price. They also let me into a room much earlier than the typical check in time. The room was spacious and hotel conveniently located. Unfortunately, for the last 4 nights the guest next door blasted his music for the whole street to hear, from as early as 4 pm and as late as midnight. This made getting good sleep those nights impossible. I had to ask if the host could talk to them and they did, but I shouldn't have had to ask.

Loved the location and the staff. Always willing to help. Sad that I had pre booked 4 am pickups don’t work well when you are out all day. they offer 7 am and 8:30 for the same price with Smaller group. She was nice allowing me to store my bag my last day and stay in their common are until my flight ay 10:30 pm

Very cold they gave us a heater after we couldn’t take the cold , they charge me the hotel room after even I payed Expedia I even show them the charge

Nice people. No good shower pressure. Definitely no free shuttle from the airport. That should be changed from the advertising

Ficamos um total de 7 dias e tivemos bastante problemas com este hotel. Como estávamos em "modo turista" no qual praticamente não parávamos muito no hotel, resolvemos aturar para não estragar a experiência na cidade. Abaixo uma lista de problemas disponibilizados para os hóspedes via aplicativo Hoteis.com TRANSLADO GRATUITO HOTEL x AEROPORTO: O serviço é usado como atrativo na reserva segundo o aplicativo é diaponibilizado mediante reserva, porém ao solicitar, os funcionários não respondem nem via aplicativo, nem via telefone. Quando questionado sobre a falta de retorno durante o checkin, o atendente reconheceu o erro e disponibilizou um passeio pela cidade para corrigir o erro e confirmou o translado de retorno ao aeroporto gratuitamente. Porém assim como o passeio não existiu, a funcionária no outro dia disse que o translado custaria 20 Sois (O uber custou 16 Sois). LAVANDERIA: O serviço é anunciado como disponível no aplicativo pelo hotel, porém o serviço não existe. Fomos salvos por conta de um pequeno comércio próximo. CAFÉ DA MANHÃ: Nos dois primeiros dias (dos 7) chegamos para o café e não havia nada disponível, quando questionamos a funcionária ela apenas respondeu: Ah, vcs vão tomar café?! (Já eram 7:45 e o café fica disponível das 7h às 10h). O café é bem diferente do ilustrado no anúncio, o que é disponibilizado é apenas água quente, chás, 2 pães por hóspede, 1 bolinha de manteiga por pão e geléia. Tudo extrem

Estadia com ótimo custo benefício e próximo ao centro da cidade. Gostei muito!
