Excellent location, great price, clean, spacious, rooftop restaurant with excellent food. I also got massages and excellent packages and great service! Hotel staff were extremely attentive and helpful! This hotel has everything, and I will definitely stay here again

The room was spotless, breakfast was pretty good, good location, rooftop bar is really nice. Only reason why it is not rated excellent is because the property is very noisy/loud.

Loved our stay here! We were blocks from the main plaza and central to everything we needed. Arequipa was a great location to take a tour from to explore the Colca Canyon area. The town was wonderful, always lots going on to see. The hotel was beautiful. Breakfast included on their rooftop restaurant with panoramic views of the city. Lots of variety at breakfast. Rooms comfy and exceptionally clean. Would 100% recommend

There was no air conditioning. The only way to cool the room was to open the bathroom window and patio door. This was troublesome in the evening when we were trying to sleep because all of the noise from the street and the bell from the cathedral that rings every 15 minutes. We were on the “first floor” which is actually a floor in between the ground floor and the second floor. The only way to get to it was to take the elevator to the second floor, walk down a long hallway and then down a small flight of stairs to floor that had three rooms. We only had carry on luggage but if we had had larger suitcases then navigating the stairs would have been difficult. The bed was a bit hard for my liking and it was a short person. I’m 5’9” and my feet were hanging off the end of the bed. There was some mold on the ceiling in the shower and the drain did not work well. Service was very good and everyone was friendly. The location is very convenient to the main plaza and there are many good food options within a couple of blocks.

A beautiful hotel with super comfortable beds just a short walk from the main square. The rooftop has stunning views of the volcanoes and is a massive sun trap. The staff went above and beyond. LOVE this hotel

Hotellet har en perfekt placering 100 m fra Plaza de Armas. Vores værelse med balkon og udsigt til katedralen lå lidt mærkeligt. Først én etage op ad én trappe, så en halv etage op ad en anden trappe, dernæst ned ad en lang gang, og så en etage ned af en industritrappe og ned for enden af en lang gang med meget tykke gummimåtter ovenpå gulvtæppet. Det var lidt spooky for et 4-stjernet hotel. Når man først kom ind på værelset var det stort, fint og rent. Badeværelset var dog ret lille, men altid med varmt vand i bruseren. Lidt malplaceret havde man stillet en stor massagestol, der ikke rigtig virkede, ind på værelset. Den ene dag midt på dagen kunne vi ikke komme ind på hotellet (der var ikke nøglekort til hoveddøren, der ellers altid var åben) pga et privat arrangement oppe øverst i restauranten. Så var døren låst og ingen reagerede, når man ringede på. Vi kom først ind efter 15 min, fordi en anden kom ud. Det var temmelig kikset og ikke ok. Restauranten øverst oppe havde flot udsigt ved solnedgang og maden var udmærket den ene gang vi spiste der. Morgenmaden var rimelig enkel, men fin. Vi havde på forhånd skrevet til hotellet og booket en 2-dages tur til Puno via Colca Canyon med overnatning på Colca Lodge via Colonial Tours. Det var en super tur med et super hotel der lå i fantastiske omgivelser og med egne varme kilder og en virkelig god guide fra Arequipa til efter frokost på dag 2. Der er gode restauranter i parallelgaden ned mod floden.

Très bel hôtel d’Arequipa. Lumineux et chaleureux avec un emplacement tout près la Plaza de Armas. Terrasse extérieure avec vues imprenables sur les montagnes et volcan ainsi que les clochers de la cathédral muséum. Un manque de l’organisation au niveau du bar et service pour le happy hour et le déjeuner. Personnel souriant mais semble être desorganise! Temps d’attente pour un drink et nous n’avons ps été informé que nous aurions pu demander d’autres options pour le déjeuner. Cependant,nous avons bien aimé la terrasse pour déjeuner.
