No air conditioning, no reception, no check-in PIN-code from Hotels.com (the other customers had to call to the staff of the hotel), the phone number of the hotel in the booking confirmation was not working, no information about breakfast. With this level of service I would like to have 1/3 of the money back I paid. The room was hot like sauna all the time.
