I truly cannot say enough good things about this riad. From the moment I arrived, I was blown away by the beauty of the space and the level of hospitality—it is, without question, the best hospitality I have ever experienced. The riad itself is stunning: peaceful, elegant, and incredibly comfortable. Every detail feels intentional, from the immaculate rooms to the serene atmosphere that makes you feel relaxed the second you walk in. The accommodations were exceptional, and I slept better here than I have in a long time. Breakfast every morning was absolutely delicious—fresh, beautifully presented, and something I genuinely looked forward to each day. Room service was fast and seamless, and airport transfers were perfectly organized, making travel completely stress-free. The spa services were luxurious and deeply relaxing—an absolute must during your stay. What truly sets Riad Nelia apart, though, is the staff. They were always available, incredibly kind, and genuinely eager to help with anything: recommendations, directions, activities, or questions about the area. I always felt supported and cared for. If you’re looking for a riad that combines beauty, comfort, luxury, and exceptional service, this is the place. Staying at Riad Nelia elevated my entire Marrakech experience, and I wouldn’t hesitate for a second to return. 10/10 — highly, highly recommended.

I stood in the Riad with my husband and family members. From the communication before my stay that was detailed and fast. To my arrival with kindness, tea and extreme support with recommendations to all the near by places. Every single one of the workers were extremely kind . It was not just friendly but they really got to understand your needs. One of the members of the team was able to communicate with me in Spanish and that was cool. The staff was absolutely amazing. They made us feel like home. It was more than friendly. It was kindness, detailed understanding of the thinks we would need not only in the Riad but visiting Marrakech.

We really liked the location of this Riad and the Riad itself was beautiful! The staff was super hospitable. We never got to try the breakfast because the hours were too late for us - we typically had activities beginning early in the morning. They did, however, provide a to go breakfast one day for us which was super appreciated! A bit expensive in my opinion for the entire stay but would still recommend.

The Riad is

Breakfast was excellent and fresh. Our room and the hotel was very clean, nice, and comfortable. The air conditioning was good. The weather was raiby and a bit cool, so we asked the staff to turn the heat on. The staff was friendly, kind, and very helpful.

The staff was extremely helpful and polite. The riad itself was amazingly beautiful with a lot of detail and great architecture, as well as a lovely smell each day. The transfer from and to the airport was also very well arranged and a very fair price, this is an absolute recommendation. We had a great time in this riad and would recommend it to anyone wanting to visit the Medina in Marrakech!

Excellent Riad. Convenient located to access parking for taxis and close to meeting point for the tours. Walkable distance to main square and the market, etc. Mohamed, Samir and Saad provide an outstanding customer service, also the ladies doing the cleaning keep everything as a 5 stars place.

WHAT A BRILLIANT STAY!! Absolutely loved it! It was a suprise holiday for my husband and the staff went above and beyond by looking after us. Decorated the room and provided a birthday cake which was delicious!!! The staff was amaaaazing the hospitality was outstanding especially Zakaria, Saad & Mohammed really looked after us and made us feel comfortable. Riad was beautiful and clean always thank you Mariam & Aisha. Truly enjoyed our stay and definitely will be visiting soon again.

Our first time in Marrakech and it couldn’t have been a better choice. From start to finish, staff were welcoming, friendly and informative. We were seated and treated to Moroccan tea on the sunny rooftop and told about must visit spots in the area. Our rooms were cleaned while we out on excursions and the cleaning staff were so so lovely, even took pictures for us! Rooms were equipped with AC which was perfect for the cold nights and the rooms were clean and aesthetic. Lovely Riad tucked away, yet not far from the buzz (less than 5 minutes). Thank you!!

Lovely room, hot powerful shower, comfy bed. Daily maid service and the staff were very attentive and helpful. Breakfast and service was first class.

Beautiful traditional Riad in a quiet area but easy walking distance to the souks. Friendly and helpful staff, nothing was too much trouble. Rooms are small but very clean, bed comfortable, we slept very well. Bathroom also small but well equipped and maintained, lovely toiletries provided and good hairdryer. Traditional Morrocan breakfast included, fresh and tasty. Roof terrace has plenty of seating and a couple of sunbeds are provided if you want to use them. Thoroughly enjoyed our 3 day stay, would love to return.

Everything was great!

Some of the friendliest staff I have met. This place is extremely walkable and if you want a real Moroccan experience stay here. From there traditional breakfast to there cozy center. The entire Riad is clean daily.

Toutes les activités faites au sein du riad ainsi que chaque repas étaient parfaits : délicieux, soignés, généreux… un vrai bonheur ! Loved our stay here. The staff were honestly so kind and helpful the whole time ,they really made us feel at home. Breakfast was always fresh and really nice, and the location was perfect for exploring the medina without being right in the chaos. It just felt comfortable, welcoming, and easy.

Nous avons eu un super accueil, tout le personnel est très gentil, serviable, souriant. Nous avons eu surtout contact avec Samir, Hamza et Mohamed qui ont toujours été bienveillants et nous ont permis de passer un excellent séjour.
