The checkin requires an app and the links they provide do not work. This causes stress. You need to have a compatible phone to access the property. This causes stress. You can only have one phone with key card. This causes stress. The host emails and texts min 2 x per day with random unnecessary information. This causes stress. I have never received so many emails, texts and message chats from any accommodation ever. Including an email at 4am stressing that the air conditioning should be kept no lower than 22. Threats of damage charges. Threats of cleaning charges. They also did not supply towels for our booking of 3 people and took 24 hours to provide the towels needed. I wouldn’t like to stay again unfortunately due to this. The price and location are however good for us. It is unfortunate that they pester you so much with messages and requirements.

Fin och bra utrustad lägenhet på bottenvåning inkl AC. Mycket lugnt och tyst läge i mitten av kvarteret. Uteplats mot liten innergård där solen inte når ner. Sköna sängar, bra med tvättmaskin i dusch/handfatsrum, WC separat. Lägenheten har allt man behöver minus en ugn. Fotona på boendet överensstämmer helt med verkligheten. Smidigt med Openow-app till att öppna entrédörren från gatan och sedan används mobiltelefonnumret till lgh-dörrens kodlås, så inga nycklar behövs. Två större livsmedelsaffärer på andra sidan gatan. Två kvarter från tunnelbanan. Använd ÖBBs app för att köpa tunnelbanebiljett - enkel resa upp till veckobiljett. Kommunikationen med Vienna International Living sker i Hotels.com-chatt och funkar bra. Vi är otroligt nöjda med både lägenheten och läget. Lugnt område samtidigt som du kommer in till centrum på 15-20 min. Vi åkte från flygplatsen till Wien Praterstern som ligger en tunnelbanehållplats bort, så det var också toppen.

Propere studio, rustig, alles aanwezig, vlakbij de Donau

I needed an inexpensive place to stay on short notice in Vienna. This rental fit the bill perfectly. It is a clean, efficient apartment. Comfortable. I love the huge shower! It took me a bit to figure out how to use the lock system but once I did it was easy. It is not marked, so don't look for the VIL name or logo anywhere when you are trying to find the place. Once settled in it was a great location for the days I was there.

Everything was superb other than the fact that this property was listed as fully functional kitchen including oven which we particularly needed. As well as the property description clearly stating oven, the images even showed one. THERE IS NO OVEN AT THIS PROPERTY. PLEASE BE AWARE Other than that, great value and we found the location to be great

Modern apartments with modern appliances. Very quiet neighborhood. A few great restaurants and coffee shops close by.

Clean, convenient t location with a supermarket across the street, beds were comfortable

Excellent séjour dans ce logement propre, bien équipé avec une excellente literie, calme et qui correspond à l'annonce. Proche du métro qui nous emmène rapidement au centre ville. Commerces à deux minutes à pieds et de nombreuses solutions pour manger à proximité. Communication avec l'équipe fluide et rapide.

La verdad que estoy muy satisfecha con el apartamento ya que cubría todas mis necesidades y todo estaba en buen estado y limpio.

The place was clean, comfortable and warm.

Studio spacieux avec tout le nécessaire , que ce soit pour un séjour d’affaire ou touristique. Hygiène impeccable. Très bien situé avec transports en commun et supermarché à immédiate proximité. Très bonne sécurisation de l’immeuble et de l’appartement. Petite précision, pour ouvrir la porte de l’immeuble, il faut bien coller son téléphone avec l’application open now contre le détecteur pour que ça marche.

It was an excellent experience. We had almost immediate response to all our queries. The host was very accommodating. Easy access to public transportation. It was a great experience for my family and we would definitely recommend! If we are back in Vienna, we would stay here again!!
