My stay at this hotel was absolutely wonderful! The customer service was excellent, and the cleanliness was top notch. The staff were very friendly and professional, which made me feel comfortable and at home. I was so happy with my stay that I decided to extend it. I highly recommend this hotel it truly deserves it!

My opinion of Blue residence is very mixed. Communication before our stay was good, we requested a pool view room, which they agreed to and organised our transport from airport to hotel. On arrival, late at night, we were directed straight to reception, had to sign an agreement of rules and regulations ( first time i've ever had to do that in a hotel) and pay the full amount for our 7 day stay. We were then shown to our room. As we entered we tripped over the loose door tile and was told "dont worry we'll fix that" It remains loose and a trip hazard. B1 G3.Our promised pool view was non existent (completely obscured by a large gazebo) The accomodation was ok, pretty much what you would expect for a low cost Dahab residence, but the fridge was dirty, bedroom light hanging off the ceiing and you would be very hard pushed to "self cater" with the very limited contents of the kitchen. We were only provided with 2 towels and had to repeatedly ask for toilet paper. Our room was not serviced at all during our stay, and when we requested clean towels, they insisted we gave back the first two before we could be given any more. There was no bath mat and whilst we had a reasonable size balcony there was no furniture on the balconys to sit on. The situation of Blue residence is good, just off the main road, close to the banks, a shop and an easy walk to Mashraba and the town. Music at the pool is very loud and you have to listen to what the bar staff like! No alcohol allowed on site.

Wij kwamen aan om 2u ‘s nachts in de blue residence in Dahab. Het staat vermeld dat hun receptie 24u op 24 bereikbaar is. Wij moesten na een lange nacht nog meer dan een uur wachten tot dat wij ontvangen worden.Wij hebben een appartement geboekt met keuken en 2 slaapkamers, wij hebben de eerste 2 dagen in een appartement gebleven met een slaapkamer zonder keuken, vervolgens hebben wij 4 dagen in een appartement gebleven met 2 slaapkamers maar zonder keuken. Alleen de laatste week (2 weken geboekt) krijgen wij wat wij voor geboekt hadden. Wij hebben voor een compensatie gevraagd maar het voorstel van het management team was niet redelijk (een extra verblijf dag terwijl dat zij wisten dat wij een pakket hadden geboekt) Wij reizen graag met Expedia, maar deze keer was het zeer teleurstellend. Het appartement was heel vuil (haren in de douche, vloer en terras vuil, handdoeken niet proper, toilet papier moesten wij vragen, wij moesten vragen om onze kamer proper te maken en toch woord heel slecht gedaan. Het zwembad was vies, niet gekoeld (water temperatuur boven de 30 graden) toegankelijk alleen in de warmste uren vaan de dag (tot 18u!). Het ontbijt was niet zo lekker (weinige variatie, smakeloos en veel blikken eten. Alles in plastiek (bestek , glazen)Er was gemeld dat er een laundry service beschikbaar was , er waren 2 wasmachines ter beschikking maar geen enkel werkte. In de keuken waren geen poten of pannen, komen,. Onze terrasdeur kon niet op slot. Niet veilig.

Super clean facility. Super nice and friendly staffs. I enjoyed my stay at it.

Very good quality and value, the location is good, the staff are very helpful and friendly "special thanks for our friend Adam" and the rest of the team. The breakfast buffet is small but good enough. And their food and beverages are good.
