It was an unpleasant experience. The host didn't reply to a text message enquiry before I travelled. Once arriving in the property the only way we could contact the host was through text message. We booked the accommodation for two people but the beddings for the sofa bed were not clean. The room was not clean. The kitchen sink hot water tap did not work. We could not have a shower before the water was too hot and we could not adjust the temperature. This was not acceptable and we hope the host will improve this accommodation and their communication with their guests.
