Checking was difficult asking for more money then what I confirmed via Hotels.com Lady at the front desk was rude and not supportive. No hot water. Room condition was bad with bad smell. Do not go with the pictures; I will never stay at this place again.

Dålig incheckning. De önskade mer betalt trots att rummet var betalt. Trots otaliga försök att få kvitto på detta så får vi inget. Dåligt bemötande. Kallt fuktigt rum med osäkert varmvatten. Rekommenderas ej! Slitna handdukar och nedsjunken säng.

Absolutely horrible! I booked this hotel in a package deal with my flight I even have my receipt and when I went to check in they told me I didn't pay and I owed them $400 which is more than I already paid and the people in the lobby had the same issue with there booking. Do not use this hotel they are a scam and will steal your money. I am currently still waiting on my refund from my insurance that thankfully I had but still had to find another hotel which was cheaper.

Al contratar el servicio de Expedia, me han cobrado completo, y cuando llegué al hostal, me dijeron que tenía que pagar otra vez y no buscaron una solución. Venía cansada de mi vuelo y con mi equipaje, y así salí de ahí para ir a buscar donde quedarme y ya era tarde.

Do not book here. Somehow they didn’t receive my expedia payments and just wanted me to cancel my booking. I called the agent to help me send them the money for the room, but they would not accept any form of their payment. Choose a different spot.

Amazingly many bedrooms (3) with kitchen and a living room included. Hot shower was too weak.

Autant les dortoirs sont bien, voir très bien pour le prix. Autant les chambres d’hôtels sont une véritable catastrophe ! À fuir.
