The room was big and clean. Staff very friendly. Location of the hotel is excellent. The only thing I didn't like was the speed of internet. Also breakfast was very repetitive.

Exceptional room, helpful staff

Odamızda klimalar çalışmıyordu o kadar soğuktı ki montlarla oturmak zorunda kaldık. Resepsiyona söyledim umursamadı zar zor odayı değiştirdik.

Clean, spacious., tastefully decorated. Staff friendly, helpful. Location is excellent.

Avevo scelto l'hotel perchè ci sono stato altre volte e mi ero trovato bene. all'arrivo mi hanno fatto l'upgrade e a prima vista la camera era come le altre volte, pulita ed accogliente, poi nel bagno ho trovato dell'acqua intorno al WC che ho tamponato con tappetino doccia. Segnalato l'inconveniente non é stato risolto e risegnalato il sabato e la domenica non hanno tecnici per risolvere l'inconveniente. Poi il WiFi che le altre volte aveva sempre funzionato correttamente, funzionava per un po' poi si bloccava. L'inconveniente si risolveva con il riavvio del router ed era limitato al secondo piano. Peccato che dovevo scendere a richiedere l'avvio del computer perché il telefono della camera non funzionava causa impossibilità ad inserirlo nella presa! Un po' di problemi che non avevo mai trovato.

O hotel é muito bem localizado. FIca na praça da Fonte Olimpia. Café da amanhão diferenciado com uma vista da praça do sexto andar. Agradeço ao hotel a gentiliza do upgrade de quarto.

Veldig ok hotel. Alt er bra, det er litt slitt i fellesarealer. Frokosten er ok, ikke noen superfrokost. Men enkel og bra kavlitet på det som er der.

Wondering staff

Oda temiz, konforlu. Tam merkezde. Tüm müzeler eski çarşı hemen yanında çok güzeldi. Köfteleri çok hızlı pişirmişlerse içi pişmeyebiliyor. Restoranda tek olumsuzluk buydu bu nedenle de indirim yaptılar yemekte. Kahvaltı da gayet yeterliydi.

Internet nur teilweise zugänglich. TV zwar mit Netflix und Prime Video aber wegen schlechtem Internet-Empfang nicht verfügbar! Wollte morgens duschen....keine Handtücher! Klimaanlage funktioniert nicht! Eigentlich schönes Hotel, aber frage mich, woher die 5 Sterne kommen

All the staff at this hotel were amazingly friendly and helpful.

The web site advertised that the room was for 5 people but when we checked in they charged extra because we were 5 adults and not adults WITH children. Also, the web site did not indicate that a passport was needed in order to stay here if you were not from Skopje/Macedonia. Be sure to call ahead and verify information prior to arrival. The location was nice, clean and the staff helped with our issues.

The location could not be more central. Great and very helpfull staff. Breakfast could be better.

Had less than 24 hours in Skopje after traveling for more than a week, staying in various types of accommodations. The room was fresh and the bathroom was new, clean and had a great shower. Staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was excellent with a wonderful view from the dining room on the 6th floor. Stone Bridge was perfect for its location at the center of it all. Worked great for getting in a morning run, too.
