The room was set up for one person, even though we booked for two. Requests for a second towel were ignored. I found a second pillow with no case and a second duvet with no cover. I hope they wash it all thoroughly. The tap in the bathroom leaked onto the countertop. I don't know where the water ended up. Nothing to dry dishes, aside from the second duvet.
