Nice staff, good rooms, nice pool and good bars

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt im Hotel! Alles war sehr sauber, stilvoll eingerichtet und bestens organisiert. Das Personal war äußerst freundlich und aufmerksam. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und kommen gerne wieder!

What a location! We enjoyed, the pool, being able to look up at a massive sand dune, the close proximity to the Oasis, happy hour mojitos and the meals. The manager was friendly and interacted with the guests and the rest of the staff also gave excellent service. Highly recommend it to anyone who is visiting Huacachina.

Clean, great atmosphere and staff. Music wasn’t an issue from our room (we faced away from the pool) would go back!

Room was hot when we arrived, only cooled down to a warm 26 by the morning. Reserved the Deluxe Double which stated a king sized bed in the listing, nope it was a queen. Room was very basic and clean. Overall, our 11 hour stay was comfortable. Breakfast cost extra, but was good.

Clean, spacious room. Air conditioner worked great. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel manager (?) was very attentive and helpful. Pools were very nice. No elevator would have been a negative had they not taken care of getting our luggage to our room. I’d definitely stay here again.

No facility to make a drink in the room and staff didn’t explain there was free coffee available. Air con good but our room was near to an external nightclub that went on until 3.30am

Service was excellent. Food was excellent. Location was excellent. We loved this hotel! Thanks to managers Jack & Chris for making our stay enjoyable!!

I highly recommend this hotel. It’s modern, the service is outstanding, and the restaurant food is delicious. The rooms are spotless and include A/C and smart TVs. The outdoor area is beautifully designed with two large pools and plenty of spaces to relax. The restaurant staff are friendly, professional, and go above and beyond to make your stay great—special thanks to Angel, Bryan, and Aron. We had a wonderful time at this beautiful hotel.

Nice and clean room, comfortable bed. Very nice pool and you could get a towel for the pool which was nice.

Superb! Stayed 5 nights. The room, the 2 pools looking onto a huge sand dune, the Cask restaurant. Everybody and everything was excellent. Thank you, Chris, Jack, Angel, Juan, Aron and those we didn’t get the names of for making our stay in a unique and wonderful Peruvian Oasis even better!

Breakfast is poor, coffee at the breakfast is not drinkable. Rooms are worn out, doors are literally broken, sound isolation does not exist - you can hear every sound from the city. Tiny nuance, but staff at the restaurant does not speak English. Service is at a poor level - when we tried to order a glass of orange juice, because we were offered one, another person told us, that they don’t have oranges, third - that they can sell it only if buying Mimosa cocktail, fourth - that they have oranges, but Manager did not give a permission to sell juices. When we asked for a refund for a breakfast which we did not eat, but were asked to pay in advance for it, we were told that it is impossible to give a refund. That’s it, no arguments were considered. A place full of unpleasant surprises. The only positive thing - a very nice big pool.

Everything was great. Juan was the best in the restaurant. Front desk staff were great. Property was beautiful. As a person who works hard so I can travel alot, improvement is needed with the amount of time food takes to reach the table. Not sure of there are not enough cooks in the back? Dinner was a 2 out of 10 and way too many American options. We are in Peru, one of the culinary capitals of the world. More traditional dishes are needed. Only reason we didn't go elsewhere was to not be rude since we already sat down. Breakfast, Juan is an amazing waitor, his personality and kindness
